摘要
发展性课堂教学监控是在全面推进素质教育的宏观背景下提出的、以促进人的健康、和谐发展为价值取向的多向度开放式监控。与传统的被动、消极、片面、刻板的单向度外控式教学监控不同,发展性教学监控不但具有保障性功能,而且具有研究性和发展性功能。其主要特征是施于未发、自控为主和全员全程。
Developmental teaching supervision is advanced against the background of promoting competence education in an all-round way. It's open and muhidirectional supervision aimed at the healthy and harmonious development of teachers and students. Compared with the traditional unidirectional teaching supervision which is passive, nega- tive and unilateral, the developmental teaching supervision not only has the guaranteeing function, but also the researching and developing functions. Its characteristics are taking preventive measures, giving priority to self-monitoring, and focusing on whole person and whole process.
