吗啡预先给药对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌5-羟色胺水平的影响

摘要 急性心肌缺血作为伤害性刺激可兴奋心肌的伤害性感受器,引起伤害性刺激向中枢神经系统传递,同时心肌组织内的感觉神经末梢受刺激引起5-羟色胺(5-HT)、P物质和降钙素基因相关肽的释放,使局部血管扩张,通透性增加,促进局部炎症的发生,产生类似神经源性炎性反应,加重心肌损伤^[1]。吗啡预先给药可减轻心肌缺血损伤^[2.3]。本研究拟通过观察吗啡预先给药对急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌5-HT水平的影响,探讨其减轻心肌缺血损伤的机制。
