摘要
目的针对常规的经典数学方法刻画水资源价值系统的缺陷,以及传统确定权重主观干扰的特性。方法提出了模糊综合评判分析法,并引入了改进的层次分析法(IAHP)确定权重。结果有效地弥补原有缺陷,同时避免了单一因素决策和人们主观认识差异的片面性。结论以某地区水资源为例,用二级模糊综合评判法进行的评价分析结果表明,新的评价方法是合理、有效、简单可行的。
Aim To review the defect of portraying water resource value by classical mathematics method and subjective interference character of traditional determining weight. Methods Usiny fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and IAHP to get weight. Results The new evaluation method can make up the defect. At the same time, it can refrain from single factor decision and one-sidedness of people subjective understanding difference. Conclusion Finally, one example is given. The result shows that the new evaluation method is scientific, reasonable and simple.
