摘要
利用层次分析法对长春市道路客运质量进行评价，给出综合评价方法，并结合市某客运公司实际对该公司客运服务质量进行评价打分。
The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is employed to evaluate the quality of the city road passenger transportation. A synthesized method is given and practically used in a passenger transport company.
