摘要
由于含蛇纹石类脉石的微细粒铜镍硫化矿浮选存在很多不利因素,如矿浆泥化严重、矿泥罩盖现象明显等,本论文采用调整流程结构的方法研究了微细粒含铂钯的铜镍硫化矿的回收。结果表明:在药剂制度和磨矿细度相同条件下,采用阶段磨矿和选别的流程,实现了能收早收目的,效果令人满意。
Some factors of copper-nickel minerals with serpentinic gangue can reduce the recovery of concentrate for the valuable minerals. The results show that the best flowsheet structure is the grinding and concentrating in stage, it is that the valuable minerals are recovered as early as possible. And under same reagent and grinding system, good effect is obtained by the method.
