摘要
云南低品位铜镍矿中镍、铜品位分别为0.54%、0.38%,镍主要为紫硫镍矿,铜为黄铜矿。在磨矿细度为-200目80%,水玻璃、CMC用量各为200g/t,硫酸铜用量为400g/t,戊黄药100g/t,2#油30g/t,作用时间5m in的较佳条件下,通过一粗一精两扫的浮选工艺,取得了较好的试验指标,混合精矿中镍铜的品位分别为4.14%、3.81%,回收率为73.9%、85.0%。
The low-grade copper-nickel ore from Yunnan contains 0.54%Ni and 0.38%Cu,which mainly exist in the form of violet sulfur-nickel ore and chalcopyrite respectively.When a closed-circuit technological flowsheet of one roughing—one cleaning—two scavenging flotation was adopted under the condition that the grinding fineness is 91.20% passing 200 mesh,the acting time is 5min and the dosage of water-glass,CMC,copper sulfate,pentyl xanthate and oil NO.2 is 200g/t,200g/t,400g/t,100g/t and 30g/t respectively,a copper-nickel concentrate of 4.14%Ni and 3.81%Cu was obtained with the recovery of 73.9%、85.0% respectively.The experiment index is satisfactory.
