我国体育院校教师的知识获取能力与途径 被引量:8

摘要 运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对我国体育院校教师的知识获取能力与途径进行分析。结果显示:随着年龄、教龄的增长和学位的提高,体育院校教师的知识获取能力也相应得到提升;"无时间和精力"成为影响体育院校教师获取专业知识的首要因素;助教和术科教师在同行交流中表现更为活跃;年长的高职称教师主要依靠"自己摸索"扩展教学经验,女教师更倾向于通过交谈方式获得教学经验。 Using the research methods of literature, interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics etc. , it made an analysis of the knowledge-acquiring ability and channels of the teachers in China's institutes and universities of P.E. and sport. The results show that the teachers' knowledge-acquiring ability gets accordingly improved with the increment in their age and teaching year and enhancement of their degree; "no time and no energy" is the factor of first important influencing their acquisition of specialized knowledge; assistants and techno-teachers become more active in craft communion; older and higher title of teachers depend mainly on "self-grope" to extend teaching experience of their own, while female teachers have partiality for acquiring teaching experience from others by conversation.
