摘要
目的:研究大鼠急性骨髓损伤后SEP和MEP的变化。方法:应用棘间韧带双极记录法记录脊髓传导性SEP。MEP反应用Owen的经椎板脊髓刺激技术诱发,并在双侧下肢肌肉记录。结果:SEP传导速度在脊髓损伤后15分钟出现显著性变化,共出现四次假阴性结果。全部MEP参数,包括传导速度,波幅和负波面积,在脊髓损伤后5分钟均发生非常显著性变化,无一例出现假阴性变化。实验中,MEP变化与大鼠双下肢运动功能状况呈一致性变化。结论:MEP在监测脊髓运动功能方面比SEP敏感、准确。
Objective:To study the changes of SEPs and MEPs after the acute spinal injury of wistar rats. Method: The spinal conducted SEPs were recorded using interspineous bipolar recording technique. MEP responses were evoked by Owen's transleminar spinal stimulation technique, and were recorded at both lower extremities muscle. Result: SEP conducted velocity changed significantly at 15 minutes after spinal striking and presented false negative changes for 4 times. All parameters of MEP, including CV, amplitude and negative wave area, happened much signicantly changes at 5 minutes after striking and were accorded with the changes of motor status of the lower extremities without any false negative change. Conclusion: MEPs are more sensitive to monitor motor status of the spinal cord than SEPs.
