摘要
选用强、中筋10个春小麦品种(系)分四期播种,研究不同筋力类型、不同播期的小麦产量和品质性状间相关性。结果表明,强筋小麦产量与面粉筋力可同步提高,中筋小麦则相反;强筋小麦蛋白质含量与面团弹性、延伸性间呈负相关,中筋小麦蛋白质含量与面团弹性呈显著负相关,与面团延伸性呈极显著正相关。Ⅰ播期时,产量与品质性状间呈正相关,其余播期呈负相关;蛋白质含量与面团弹性在四个播期均为负相关,与面团延伸性均为正相关。随灌浆期日均温的升高,蛋白质含量与面团弹性、千粒重与面团变形功的相关系数先升高后逐渐降低;随灌浆期日照时数的增加,千粒重与面团变形功的相关系数逐步升高,但蛋白质含量与面团弹性的相关系数则先上升后下降。因此,在春小麦品质育种和优化栽培中,要充分考虑不同温光条件对品质性状的影响。
The correlations were studied between yield and quality traits of ten spring wheat in different gluten types and sowing dates. The results showed that yield and quality for strong gluten wheat could be improved synchronously, but for the middle gluten wheat the condition was different. Protein content, tenacity and extensibility of strong gluten wheat had negative correlation, meanwhile that was negative （P 〈0.05 ） or positive （P 〈0.01） correlation in middle gluten wheat, respectively. The yield was positively correlated to the quality characters in the first sowing date, though it showed a negative correlation in the other three sowing dates; the protein content showed a negative relation to tenacity in four sowing dates, but positive （P 〈0.05 and P 〈0.01） correlation to extensibility in four sowing dates, respectively. With daily mean temperature increasing during grain filling, the correlation coefficient between protein content and tenacity, and between TKW and strength changed from positive to negative effect.With sunshine hours adding during grain filling, the correlation coefficient between 1000-keneral-weight and strength increased, but the correlation index between protein content and tenacity changed from increase to decrease So, it indicated that the influence of different tempremre and sunlight on grain quality traits must be considered in wheat quality improvement and optimize cultivating.
