摘要
相同品种54个基点的小麦籽粒蛋白质含量与21个生态因子逐步回归统计结果表明:小麦籽粒蛋白质含量与土壤质地、土壤速效氮含量呈正相关,与冬前降水、开花期降水、土壤速效磷含量呈负相关。土壤有机质含量在1.5%以下,小麦蛋白质含量随土壤有机质含量增加而增高。半干旱地区小麦籽粒必需氨基酸占蛋白质的比例高于半湿润区;必需氨基酸占蛋白质的比例,以褐土区最高,塿土区最低,此与塿上处于湿凉的阴坡有关。
The gradual regression analysis on the correlations between 21 ecologic fac-tors and the protein content of wheat grain in same variety grown in 54 sites showed that the protein content of wheat grain had positive correlation to soil texture, and rapidly available nitrogen content in soil,and negative correlation to precipitation before winter,precipitation at flowering,rapidly available phosphorus content in soil. The or-ganic matter content in soil was below 1.5% and the wheat protein content raised with the increase of the organic matter content in soil. The ratio of essential amino to protein in the grain of wheat grown in semiarid area was higher than that in semihumid area. The highest ratio of essential amino to protein was found in drab soil area and the low-est in lou soil area which related to the environment that the lou soil was in humid shape hill.
