摘要
通过访谈收集信息在社会科学研究领域尤其在心理学方面的研究得到了广泛应用,社会科学研究人员对访谈所涉及的一些指标已经取得共识。随着信息技术的发展,学者们经常将这些指标移植到信息系统研究领域中,并将其作为定性研究中一种重要的信息收集方法。本文通过一些实例,分析研究性访谈法在社会科学研究领域所采用的指标应用于信息系统研究领域时所存在的潜在缺点,针对这些缺点,新增了6个指标,并就上述实例对所增加的指标在信息系统领域研究的使用情况进行了分析。
To gather information through interview is widely used in social science, especially in psychology. Researchers of social science have already reached the common view on some guidelines related with interview. With the development of information technology, scholars transplant these guidelines into information systems very often as an important information gathering tool in qualitative research. This paper discusses the potential pitfalls of applying the research interview used in social science in information systems through some instances, and adds 6 guidelines to conquer these pitfalls. The paper analyzes the application of these new guidelines in the information systems of the above instances.
