摘要
随着人类地下水开发利用活动的加剧,地下水相关的生态地质环境问题日益显现,给社会经济的稳定发展带来了不利影响。这与传统地下水资源管理认识不全面、管理方法存在缺陷有关,研究结合吉林省平原区实际情况,提出对地下水资源进行功能评价,从资源功能、生态功能及地质环境功能三方面统筹考虑地下水资源状况,并进行地下水可持续性区划,为新时期地下水资源管理提出了新思路。
Along with the development of the exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources, increasing ecology and geology problems concerned groundwater have emerged, which have brought disadvantageous influence on the development of social-economy. All of these are related with the bug of traditional management mode of groundwater resources. Combined with the actual situation in plain area of Jilin province, it is suggested that groundwater resources function evaluation should be conducted, the groundwater resources should be comprehensively considered from the aspects of resources function, ecology function and geological environment function, and the sustainable zoning of groundwater resources should be conducted. This supplies a new idea for the groundwater resources management.
