摘要
以1990-2005年江苏省耕地和工业用地数据为基础,运用C-D生产函数和概率优势模型,对比分析不同利用类型土地的投入产出效率关系。结果表明,在资本和技术投入既定的条件下,不同利用类型土地的投入产出效率存在明显差异,耕地数量每增长1%,耕地产出增长0.297%;工业用地数量每增长1%,工业用地产出增长0.392%。但土地产出效率的差异,主要是由单位土地上资本投入以及技术进步的差异引起,并且某一利用类型土地产出效率的优势也只是一定条件下的比较优势,意味着工业用地产出的增长并不能单纯地以耕地减少为代价。因此,保持不同类型土地数量的平衡,以资本和技术投入代替土地数量投入,有利于促进土地资源的可持续利用。
On the basis of cultivated land and industry land data of Jiangsu from 1990 - 2005, comparative analysis of input-output efficiency of different land use types is made with application of C-D Production Function and Stochastic Dominance Model. The result shows that when capital and technology are required to be constant, some differences of input-output cffieiency among different land use types existed, every 1% increase of the number of cultivated land and industry land will lead to 0.297% increase of the output of cultivated land and 0.392% increase of the output of industry land respectively. And the different produetion efficieney of different land use types is caused by the different input of capital for every unit of land and technology advance. Furthermore, the production efficiency of one land type is only relatively superior to that of another land type on some especial conditions, so the increasing output of industry land can't only be at the cost of cultivated land quantity reduction. Therefore, keeping the balance of the number of different land use types and substituting land input for capital and technology input will be meaningful to promote sustainable land resource use.
