溶壁微球菌对家蝇抗菌物质的诱导 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨溶壁微球菌对家蝇抗菌物质诱导表达的规律。方法室内饲养的家蝇3龄幼虫感染溶壁微球菌后,分别于第0、12、24、36、48、60、72、84h提取血淋巴,以溶壁微球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作指示菌,采用平板法作抑菌试验,观察测量抑菌环的大小,借以指示家蝇抗菌物质的诱导表达规律。结果经溶壁微球菌诱导处理后第12h~36h提取的血淋巴对溶壁微球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性较强,抑菌环直径(mm)分别为23.17±0.76~24.83±0.29和11.17±0.29~11.67±0.58,抑菌活性高峰均出现在处理后24h。结论感染溶壁微球菌可诱导家蝇产生抗菌物质,抑菌活性高峰出现在处理后24h,在诱导后12h~36h收集血淋巴最为合适。 Objective To investigate the kinetics of the inducible antibacterial activity of the hemolymph in larvae of the housefly by Micrococcus lysodeikticus.Methods The third instar larvae were induced by M.lysodeikticus,hemolymphs being collected at 0,12,24,36,48,60,72 and 84 hours were tested against M.lysodeikticus and Staphylococcus aureus respectively,diameters of clear inhibitory ring were observed and recorded to express antibacterial activity.Results It was found the hemolymphs collected at the early period(12,24 and 36 h) after being treated possessed stronger antibacterial activity than the others.Their diameters(in mm) of bacteriostatic ring were orderly recorded as follows:24.67±0.58,24.83±0.29,23.17±0.76(against M.lysodeikticus) and 11.33±1.15,11.67±0.58,11.17±0.29(against S.aureus).The antibacterial activity peak appeared across 24 hours after treatment.Conclusion It implies that the antibacterial substance was induced in the blowfly after being infected with M.lysodeikticus.The immunized hemolymph should be collected after treatment for 12-36 hours.
