摘要
近年来,昆虫抗菌肽的研究逐渐成为昆虫免疫学及分子生物学研究的热点之一,它可为抗菌和抗肿瘤新药的开发提供新的来源。本文对稻蝗(Oxyachinensis)幼虫进行了紫外照射、超声波、针刺、菌液注射的处理,发现E.coli注射诱导产生的抗菌物质活性明显;通过对不同指示菌做抑菌测定,结果显示稻蝗抗菌肽仅抗革兰氏阳性菌;经高温处理、酸性处理,表明此抗菌物质为一种热稳定的碱性抗菌多肽。
Recently, the research on antibacterial peptides from insects becomes a key concern in the field of insect immunobiology and molecular biology. It will be used as a new source of antibiont and a new anticancer drug. In this paper, antibacterial substances of the Oxya chinensis larvae were induced by ultraviolet irradiation, ultrasonic, stabbing, injecting bacterial suspension. It was observed that E.coli produced obvious antibacterial activities. By means of detecting antibacterial activities on different instruction bacteria, antibacterial peptides of the Oxya chinensis only acted on Gram-positive bacteria. The Antibacterial substances were heat-stable alkaline peptides, which were determined by heating and acid treatment on the antibacterial crude extracts.
