摘要
通过实证考察我国普通高校学生、教师、经费和固定资产规模中相关指标的年际变动情况,从对象、幅度以及方式三个方面总结出我国普通高校自1999年以来规模扩张存在的特点。在此基础上,指出我国普通高校规模扩张存在一定程度的非理性,从而对高校规模扩张发展战略作出合理抉择。
Through empirical study in relative index changes in scale of students, teachers, outlays and equipments in regular higher institutions of China, summarizing the growth characteristics in the trend,extent and manner of scale expansion in regular higher institutions of China since 1999. Based on the research,pointing out that there is irrational phenomenon in universities＇ scale expansion of china. There-fore, it is necessary to make reasonable decisions on the strategy of university＇s scale expansion.
