摘要
介绍了以对氨基苯乙酸乙酯和三光气为原料合成其异氰酸酯的研究。重点讨论了溶剂、原料配比、反应时间、反应温度和滴加顺序等对合成工艺的影响。研究表明:以1,2-二氯乙烷为溶剂,反应回流时间为4~5 h,物质的量比n二(三-氯甲基)碳酸酯(BTC)∶n对氨基苯乙酸乙酯=1∶2,收率可达97%。
The preparation of ethyl 2- (4-isocyanatophenyl) acetate production using 4-amino-phenyl ethylacetate and triphosgene as the staring materials was described. The influence of such factors as the solvent, the mole ratio of raw materials, the reaction time and the sequence of materials feeding on the reaction process was studied.The yield could reach 97% using 1,2-dichloroethane as the solvent at a mass ratio of triphosgene to 4-amino-phenyl ethylacerate = 1 : 2 with refluxing of the reaction mixture for 4 ~ 5 h.
