摘要
海尔每隔几年就会产生一种新的管理模式,先是日事日清、日清日高(OEC)、流程再造(BPR),后来是战略事业单位(SBU),现在则是T模式。T模式就是以OEC、BPR和SBU为基础,在市场目标和时间约束下,通过SBU、OEC等方法的集成实现整个运行流程的优化改进的管理模式。
In Haier, a new management model will be put forward for a few years. For example, Everything must be Controlled and Cleared Overally in Everyday(OEC),Business Process Reengineering (BRP)and Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Now,it is T-model. T-model refers to a management mothod that aims to realizing the optimization to organization's operation process by SBU (Team) and OEC (Today) methods subject to market target and time based OEC, BPR and SBU.
