摘要
对黑龙江省11所高职院校抽样调查结果显示:“双师型”教师占专任教师和专业课教师比例偏低;硕士以上学位教育占“双师型”教师比例偏低;“双师型”教师中从事专业理论课教学的人数偏多,从事实习实训课教学的人数偏少;具有高级技术职称、行业特许资格证书和专业资格或专业技能考评员资格的教师较少。为此,应建立健全高职院校“双师型”教师资格认证制度、培训体系和培训制度;充分发挥职教师资培训基地的功能;加强校本教研,提高“双师型”教师的执教能力;加强“双师型”教师的培养和兼职教师队伍建设;加大职技高师院校的改革力度,调整学科专业设置。
The results of spot check on the dual-qualification teachers in 1 1 higher vocational colleges of Heilongjiang indicate that, the percentage of dual-qualification teachers in full-time teachers and specialty teachers are very low; the percentage of dual-qualification teachers who own master degree are very low; the dual-qualification teachers who are engaged in theoretical courses are more and engaged in practical courses is few; the dual-qualification teachers who own high-ranking titles for technical personnel and profession special permission credentials and the professional qualification or specialized skill examination and critique is few.Facing with these problems,the authors hold that the following countermeasures should be taken, building and optimizing qualification identification system and training system for dual-qualification teachers; fully taking advantage of teacher training base; strengthing school-based research; strengthening the cultivation of dual-qualification teachers and the construction of part-time teaching staff, etc.
