摘要
通过对建筑类高职"双师型"教师队伍现状进行分析,探讨了"双师型"教师的内涵,提出了关于目前高职高专院校建设一支高素质"双师型"教师队伍的主导思想及切实可行的实施途径。
According to the analysis of present condition on architectural double-quality teaching staff, the paper has discussed the connotation of double-quality teachers, and put forward the dominant idea and the feasible approach to construct teaching staff with higher quality in higher vocational colleges.
