摘要
为了寻求一种快速、高效、优质的花椒干燥方法,采用自制真空微波干燥设备对花椒进行3因素(功率、装载量、温度)、单指标(平均干燥速率)的二次正交回归干燥试验,得出平均干燥速率的回归方程,并进行参数综合优化,提出了花椒真空微波干燥工艺参数的最佳组合.试验表明,采取微波真空干燥工艺,能改善花椒微波干燥品质.
In order to develop a fast, efficient and high-quality drying method for Chinese prickly ash, a quadratic orthogonal regression drying experiment involving three factors (power, load and temperature) and one index (average drying rate ) was carried out with Chinese prickly ash, using a self-made device of microwave-vacuum drying. A regression equation of average drying rate was achieved, and integrated opti-mization of the parameters was made. Based on the results of the experiment, an optimum combination of the Chinese prickly ash parameters was recommended. The experiment result indicated that the drying quality of Chinese prickly ash can be improved with the technology of microwave-vacuum drying method described in this paper.
