摘要
目的:建立消咳宁片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定HPLC方法。方法:色谱柱为phenomenes C_(18)柱(200mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(3∶97∶0.1∶0.1),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为206 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.04~0.80μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.5%(RSD=0.5%)。结论:方法灵敏、准确、专属性强.适用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination the content of ephedrine hydrochloride in Xiaokening Tablets by HPLC. Method: The phenomenes C18 column( 200 mm × 4.6 mm ,5 μm)was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphorie acid-triethanolamine (3:97:0.1:0.1), the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1, and the detection wavelength was 206 nm. Result: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.04 -0.80 μg( r =0. 999 8), the average recovery was 97.5% (RSD =0.5% ) . Conclusion: The method is sensitive, simple, accurate, and specific. It can be used for the quality control of Xiaokening tablets.
