摘要
目的建立千柏鼻炎片中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.249～4.98μg·mL-1内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.9%,RSD=0.8%。结论该方法简便、稳定、准确,重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Ephedrine in Qianbai Biyan Tablets. METHODS The HPLC was conducted. RESULTS The Ephedrine Hydrochloride was a good linear relations in the range of 0. 249 -4.98 μg·mL^-1. The average recovery was 98.9% and the RSD was 0.8%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reliable, accurate and reproducible
