摘要
目的探讨人工假体置换治疗高龄患者粗隆间粉碎性骨折。方法自2003—10～2007—12间，对高龄粗隆间粉碎性骨折患者行股骨头人工假体置换术30例。结果30例患者均获随访，随访时间6～20个月，无1例出现畸形。均无关节脱位与假体周围骨折的病例。结论对高龄粗隆间粉碎性骨折病人行股骨头人工假体置换，其主要目的是使患者及早下床，减少卧床引起的并发症，降低病死率。
Objective To discuss curative effect of senile broken intratrochanter fracture with implantation of prothesis. Methods 30 cases of such padent were underwent this operation from October 2003 to December 2007. Results All cases had healed after 6 - 20 months follow - up without deformity and dislocation. Conclusion The main purpose of this method might decrease complication and mortality as patient could move earlier.
