摘要
目的总结高龄股骨颈骨折患者人工髋关节置换的围手术期处理方法及疗效。方法1996年10月～2004年10月对37例GardenⅢ、Ⅳ型股骨颈骨折的高龄患者(平均年龄81.5岁),采用有效的围手术期综合处理和人工髋关节置换手术。结果37例患者均安全渡过手术期。术后早期出现并发症6例,其中1例死于ARDS。结论严格有效的围手术期综合处理是高龄患者股骨颈骨折人工髋关节置换手术的安全保障。
Objective To summarize the therapeutic effects of artificial joint replacement in very old patients with femoral neck fracture and the management method in peri-and post-operation.Methods The effective preparation before operation and artificial joint replacement were performed on 37 very old patients with femoral neck fractures of Garden Ⅲ or Ⅳ (averaged 81.5 years old).Results All patients underwent the operation safely.Six were suffered from early operative complications,one of them died of ARDS.Conclusion Effective preparation and management in peri-and post-operation is very important to the success of artificial joint replacement in very old patients with femoral neck fractures.
