摘要
设计并制作了13个不同几何特征参数的铝合金皱褶芯材夹层板。在一定假设条件下,运用工程软件AN SY S对它们的当量热传导系数进行了数值计算,分析了V-型皱褶芯材夹层板几何特征参数对其基本热传导性能的影响。同时,进行了当量热传导系数的实验测定,通过对比分析,验证了数值计算结果。给出了常温下皱褶芯材夹层板的当量热传导系数随皱褶板几何特征参数的变化关系,为皱褶芯材夹层板在航空航天隔热防热结构中的应用提供了参考依据。
The equivalent thermal conductivity coefficients of the sandwich plates with folded coot are experimentally analyzed. Under the given assumption conditions the numerical calculations are carried out with ANSYS. 13 specimens of sandwich plates with folded coot are designed to verify the calculational results. Equivalent thermal conductivity coefficients varied with the geometric parameters of folded cores are obtained at the normal temperature. It provides a reference basis for sandwich plates with folded coot for aeronautical and astronautical fields.
