A Tandem Reformatsky-Cyclization Reaction to Synthesize Substituted Tetrahydrofurans

摘要 用带γ-离去基团的醛酮化合物进行Reformatsky反应,得到了环状产物,该方法扩展了Reformatsky反应在杂环化合物合成上的应用,可以作为合成取代四氢呋喃的简便方法. A tandem Reformatsky-cyclization reaction of ketones/aldehydes with γ-leaving groups was investigated, which expands application of Reformatsky reaction in synthesis of cyclic compounds and can be used as a facile method to form substituted tetrahydrofurans.
