利用铟和碘从2-硝基查尔酮一步还原关环合成喹啉衍生物 被引量:3

One-pot preparation of quinolines from 2-nitrochalcones using indium/iodine

摘要 在室温以金属铟作催化剂,碘作辅助剂,四氢呋喃和水(V:V=4:1)作为溶剂,由2-硝基查尔酮一步还原环化合成喹啉衍生物,产率为72%~98%。产物通过GCMS、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR确证。 Indium/iodine-promoted reductive heterocyclization of 2-nitrochalcones at room temperature using In/I2 in THF/H2O ( V: V = 4:1 ) as catalysts could lead to formation of quinolines in good yields (72% - 98% ). The products were confirmed by GCMS, IR,^1HNMR and ^13CNMR.
