摘要
通过对SiCp/Al、SiCw/2024复合材料的外圆切削加工试验得出,K类硬合金刀具优于P类,PDC刀具优于其他各种刀具材料;并证明复合材料颗粒(晶须)含量越高、粒度越粗、切速越高、进给量越小,刀具磨损越大,且磨料磨损是其主要原因。
It can be concluded from cylindrical cutting experiments of SiCp/2024 and SiCw/2024 comporites that K - type carbide tool is better than P - type and Poc tools are better than other kinds of tools. It also shows that high content of particle, big particlesize, the faster cutting speed and small arnount of feed, the harder can it cause tools wear. The attrition wear is the main reason of tool wear.
