摘要 市场营销专业的职业化教育分为显性职业化教育与隐性职业化教育,前者指职业资格证,后者包括职业技能和职业素养。目前,市场营销专业的职业化教育普遍存在三个问题:知识技能外化水平低,缺乏有职业化教育能力的高校教师,没有形成职业意识。可以通过加强实践教学环节、提升高校教师专业影响力、专门设立职业素养养成课等方法解决上述问题。 Vocational education of marketing major is divided into the outer vocational education and inner vocational education. The former means the professional qualification certificate, and the latter means the vocational skill and the professional quality. Currently, in vocational education of marketing major exist extensively three problems: the low level of the knowledge turning out vocational skill, the shortage of college teachers with professional teaching ability and the lack of occupational consciousness. To solve the problems, we can enhance the sector of the practical teaching, promote the teacher's professional influence, and establish exclusively new lesson about professional quality, etc.
