摘要
依据实际生产用淬火油槽建立了三维湍流数学模型,应用大型商用计算流体力学软件Flu-ent6.2对齿圈在淬火槽中淬火时介质流速场进行了模拟。模拟结果显示,齿圈叠放在吊具上进行淬火时,下层齿圈易畸变;为防止畸变,要把易畸变或精度要求高的齿圈放在中上层并在工件串底部添加相应的保护装置。
In order to study the quenchant flow field in the quenching oil tank in the workshop, a three - dimension turbulence mathematic model was established. The quenchant velocity of gear tinges quenched in the quenching tank is simulated by the Fluent6.2 -a good-size commercial software of computing hydromechanics. The result shows that the gear ring distortion will happen easily when the quenching gear ring superposed in the bottom of the hanger; To prevent its distortion, the gear ring must be placed in the middle and superstratum of the rack, and add some protector in the bottom of the rack for the easy distorted or high precision gear ring.
