摘要
依据生产用淬火油槽建立了三维湍流数学模型,应用大型商用计算流体力学软件Fluent6.2对空载和加载三个盘状工件的淬火油槽介质流场进行模拟。模拟结果显示,空载时淬火槽介质的流速比较均匀,加载工件后淬火槽内介质流场变化显著;通过模拟发现,淬火槽结构对淬火介质的流场分布有显著的影响。另外,运用模拟结果可以优化工件的淬火过程。
The quenchant flow field in quenching tank either no-loaded 6r loaded with three disk-shaped workpieces was simulated by means of software Fluent 6.2, a good-sized commercial CFD software. The simulation results shown that: (a) flow velocity of quenchant in the no-loaded quenching tank was relatively uniform; (b) flow field of quenchant in the quenching tank loaded with workpieces was greatly changed and (c) the structure of quenching tank had abservable influence on the quenchant flow field. Moreover, the quenching process of workpieces could be optimized by using the simulation results.
