The Research Status and Trends Abroad of the Networked Knowledge Organization System/Service

摘要本文通过对历次国际数字图书馆联合会议(JCDL)和欧洲数字图书馆会议(ECDL)中的网络知识组织系统/服务(NKOS,Networked Knowledge Organization System/Service)分会的讨论主题进行总结与分析,指出了国外NKOS研究呈现出语义化、协议化、互操作化的发展趋势,并且将从技术研究向用户和服务转移。 The paper analyzed the topics of NKOS workshops in the JCDL （Joint Conference on Digital Libraries） and ECDL （European Conference on Research and Advanced Technology for Digital Libraries） since 1997, summarized the present situation and some development trends about NKOS research such as semantics, protocolar and interoperability,pointed out research topics transfer from technology to services.
