摘要
本文报导了用聚丙烯酞胺凝胶垂直平板电泳法，分析青海省同一地区不同品种（系）和不同地区同一品种（系）春小麦的过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）同工酶，发现同一地区不同品种（系）的春小麦的过氧化物酶同工酶谱差异显著，并具有自己的特征谱带；不同地区同品种春小麦的酶谱基本相似。说明遗传物质的组成是决定过氧化物酶同工酶的基础，它的表达基本不受地理环境和栽培技术的影响，故该技术可作为品种鉴定的生化依据之一。
The Peroxidase isozyme were analysed with different varieties of spring wheat from same district and the same variety from different distrets, The results were as follows: The activities of peroxidase isozyme were different on the different varieties from same district. The activilies of peroxidase isozyme were similarity on the same variety from different districts. It is proposed that the analysis of isozymes may be used in studying the dassification of variety in wheat.
