摘要
本文综述了我国糯玉米杂交育种取得的进展。我国糯玉米育种可分为3个阶段,阐述了各阶段应用的主要育种方法、取得的育种成效、存在的问题及解决途径。目前,利用普通玉米优良基因改良糯质农家品种及糯质一环系是我国糯玉米育种的主要方法;利用糯玉米杂交种选育二环系已成为我国糯玉米育种的次要方法,但有可能成为主要方法。利用百年改良积累的普通玉米优良基因改良糯质材料,是糯玉米增扩种质资源的最佳途径之一。
This paper summarized the progress made in waxy corn breeding program in China. There were three stages in waxy corn breeding history, the main breeding methods, achievements, problems and possible solutions at each stags were expounded. At present, improving native cultivars of waxy corn and inbred lines derived form first cycle selection by introduction useful genes from yellow maize was the primary method widely used in waxy corn breeding program. Developing inbred lines by selection from the progenies of waxy corn hybrid was secondary method,which was likely to become the primary one. Introduction of useful genes accumulated in yellow maize was the best way to expand gene pool of waxy com.
