摘要
文章依据中小学教师参加远程培训时在网络学习论坛中发帖与回帖的状况,追溯分析其学习动机。从需要层次入手,进行了类型化学习动机分析;从论坛学习讨论状况入手,进行了境域化即时学习动机分析。并立足辅导教师,初步提出了相关的应对方式,以提高基于电脑网络平台的远程培训效果。
According the situation that the teathers who aftend the distant training write a post and reply at the BBS (Bulletin Board Service),the paper analyses the motives of the elementary and middle school teachers who attend the distant professional training.The study motives include many kinds from the view of Maslow's level theory of human need, and they change extremely according to the circumstances. In order to raising the effectiveness of the distant training through the internet ,the paper tentatively puts forword the corresponding solutions.
