摘要
目的:探讨微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果。方法:采用和佳DWY-IV型微波治疗仪治疗宫颈糜烂,用微波探头触及糜烂面使糜烂组织变色凝固;宫颈息肉用针状微波探头触及其基底部,使基底部完全凝固;宫颈腺体囊肿用针状微波探头直刺囊中,使囊液凝固或囊壁破裂;宫颈管炎用微波探头触及宫颈管内粘膜,使增生粘膜凝固。结果:312例慢性宫颈炎经微波治疗一次后痊愈298例,占95.51%,总有效率100%;14例经二次治疗后痊愈,痊愈率100%。结论:微波作为物理治疗慢性宫颈炎的仪器,它具有体积小、重量轻、易携带,操作简单安全,术中无烟尘、无刺激性气味等优点,微波定向发射,定位准确,不易损伤周围组织,微波具有封闭小血管功能,止血效果好,创面干燥,无需缝合,治愈率高,且愈合后局部无瘢痕,病人无痛苦,乐于接受,是慢性宫颈炎有效的治疗方法之一,适宜基层医疗机构妇女病普查普治时推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the effect of chronic cervicitis treated by microwaves. Methods：He Jia DWY -IV microwave equipments were used to treat different chronic cervicitis diseases, such as cervical erosion.cervical polyp.Nabothian cyst and endocervicitis, and made the erosion tissue.polypus.cyst or hyper- plasia mucosae solidify. Results： Of the 312 cases, 298 cases were cured after one course treatment, account for 95.51%. The rest 14 cases were also cured by twice. Conclusion： Microwaves as one physicotherapeu- tics to treat chronic cervicitis, it has many benefits, such as small size, light weight and easy to carry, easy to use safely, no smoke and no irritating smells, it can directionally launch, position accuracy, not damage surrounding tissue, it can block small vessels, stanch bleeding well, the raw surface are dried, without su- ture, the cure rate is high, and no scar after healing, less pain and patients are willing to accept. It is one of effective treatment of chronic cervicitis, and are suitable for primary medical institutions to extend use for mass screening and mass treatment.
