六个荷花品种杂交、自交和开放授粉结实性研究 被引量:5

摘要 选用‘晨光'、‘友谊牡丹莲'、‘瑰丽'、‘红樱桃'、‘厦门碗莲'和‘素馨'6个荷花品种进行不完全双列杂交,并通过自交和开放授粉,对其结实性进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)不同品种间杂交结实率存在明显差异,各杂交组合的结实率为0~38.77%。(2)同一品种作父本或母本,其杂交结实率也有明显差异。因此,在人工杂交过程,除选择好亲本外,还要注意正反交组合。(3)不同品种自交和天然授粉结实率存在明显差异,自交结实率为0。91%~25.39%;天然授粉结实率为1.45%~54.55%,重瓣性品种自交和天然授粉结实率低。 To reveal the compatibility among different cultivars of Nelumbo nucifera, six cultivars, i.e., ' Chenguang ', ' Youyimudanlian ', ' Guili ', ' Hongyingtao ', ' Xiamenwanlian ' and ' Suxin', were used as test materials, and incomplete diallel cross, selfing and open pollination were carried out between them. The results showed that(1)there were significant differences in setting percentage of hybridization between cultivars and the setting percentage of cross combination was 0 -38.77%; (2) When a cultivar was used as male or female parent, its setting percentage of hybridization was obviously different; (3)The setting percentage of selfing was obviously different from that of open pollination;the former was 0.91% -25.39% and the latter was 1.45%-54.55%; but both were low for double-flower cultivars.
