摘要
对不同品种的观赏牡丹和药用牡丹的结实力,种子的结构、主要生化成分、萌发进行了观测分析,结果表明:牡丹种子胚乳含有丰富的脂肪、糖类、氨基酸和蛋白质、Vc等,尤其含有较多的人体必需的氨基酸等,这为种子利用提供了依据;播种获取实生苗应在采种后即时进行。自然情况下10月份以后播种,萌发出苗率急剧降低,以至不能萌发出苗。
In this paper,the seed-bearing ability,seed structure,biochemistry components,and germination of Paeonia suffruficosa Andr.were observed and analyzed.It was found that the seed endosperm contains abundant lipid, glucide,amino acid,protein,vitamin C,especial more essential amino acid for human body.This could provide a basis for seed utilization.In order to obtain seedling from seeding,it is necessary to seed immediately after picking seed,since seeding after October in natural condition the rate of seedling is too lower to germinate.
