摘要
城市燃气储配站安全性评价技术是一门新型的站场管理技术。为更好地研究站场管理,引入不确定型层次分析法进行城市燃气储配站多级模糊综合评估研究,首先采用不确定型权重判断矩阵,通过优化算法求解区间权重的最优值,然后利用专家打分法确定底层因素指标的等级隶属度,最后采用安全等级特征向量法确定储配站的评估等级。运用该综合评价模型对成都某储配站的安全性进行综合评价,取得了较好结果。
Safety assessment technology for city gas storage and distribution station is a new station management technology.According to this technology,an uncertain analytic hierarchy process is applied to multistage synthesis fuzzy assessment of city gas storage and distribution station.At first,based on the uncer-tain weight judgment matrix,the optimized weight values are ob-tained by means of the optimum algorithm.Then the grade membership value of basic factors is determined by using expert inquiry method.When the fuzzy results are carried on,the gradeof city gas storage and distribution station is determined by the method of fuzzy characteristic quantity of safety grade.This model was used for assessing safety of a city gas storage and distribution station of Chengdu city and has obtained a relatively satisfactory result.
