摘要
电子证据相对于传统证据有其自身的特点,基于证据在犯罪侦察和犯罪处罚中的重要地位,在司法鉴定过程应根据不同的电子证据形态采取不同的措施,以期提高电子证据的证据效力。
The electronic evidence has its own characteristic being opposite in the traditional evidence, based on the evidence in the crime reconnaissance and the crime punishment important position, in the expert evidence process, according to the different electronic evidence shape, we should take the different measure, expecting to enhances the electronic evidence＇s the evidence potency.
