摘要
通过对2006年生物学科SCI排名前5位的中国生物学杂志的文章情况进行统计,发现当今我国科技论文基金重复资助的情况严重。分析我国论文重复资助的特点,研究重复资助的形成机制,并为相关基金管理机制的发展和完善提出了对策建议。
Through analysis of Top 5 Chinese biology journals in Biology Subject of SCI （year 2006） by means of statistic paper, forward method, based on effective we found a the analysis serious repetitious funding problem in scientific and technical thesis fund and studies of the characteristics and formation mechanism of repetitious suggestions as well as countermeasures for developing and improving the management in China. This funding, puts mechanism of relevant fund.
