摘要
介绍了"离子渗氮/离子镀"复合涂层的工艺合成方法,渗镀和涂层沉积在同一系统中原位连续完成。按该工艺制备的高速钢离子渗氮/离子镀复合涂层,结合力均达到HF1级,涂层划痕试验的临界载荷明显比传统的单一涂层高。用该工艺在高速钢钻头和铣刀上合成NL+TiN和NL+TiCrN复合涂层,其耐用度比相应的传统单一涂层刀具明显提高,显示了复合涂层的技术优势。
This paper presents the synthesis and properties of plasma nitriding / plasma plating composite coatings in a continuous mode. Rockwell test adhesion class of the coatings on HSS is HF1, the critical load by scratch method and hardness of composite coatings are higher than that of general single coatings. Lastly duplex NL/TiN and NL/TiCrN coat- ings on HSS drills and milling cutters were synthesized. The results show that the durability of the composite coated cutting-tools are evident longer, which shows good mechanical property and clear business superiority.
