摘要
目的:观察艾迪注射液对晚期恶性肿瘤患者生活质量的影响和近期疗效。方法:将71例晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规化疗,治疗组在常规化疗的基础上加用艾迪注射液50～100mL/日;20天为1个疗程,对完成两个以上疗程的患者进行生活质量状况、近期疗效、毒副反应的评价和比较。结果:治疗组患者生活质量有明显的提高,其KPS评分与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组的胃肠反应、白细胞及血小板下降的发生率均低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤可减轻化疗药物的毒性,改善患者的生活质量并提高近期疗效。
Objective： To observe the improvement of life quality of patients suffering from malignant tumor in advanced stage and clinical curative effect of Injection of Ai-di combining with chemotherapy on them in the near future. Methods： 71 cases suffering from malignant tumor in advanced stage were randomly divided into two groups. The cases in the control group were treated by routine chemotherapy, and the cases in the treatment group were treated by Injection of Ai-di, 50 - 100ml a day, on the ground of routine chemotherapy. After two treatment courses quality of life, curative effect and toxic and side reactions were evaluated and compared. Results ： The quality of life of cases in the treatment group was improved remarkably, and the difference of KPS score between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Stomach intestine reaction and decreases of leucocyte and blood platelet in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Injection of Ai-di combining with chemotherapy on malignant tumor in advanced stage can decrease the toxic reaction of chemotherapy, improve quality of life, and enhance curative effect in the near future.
