摘要
对冷激铸铁凸轮轴"径向圆跳动超差"的原因进行了分析,认为是铸造变形所致。采取如下措施消除了变形:(1)低应力熔炼工艺;(2)减小回炉料的收缩遗传性;(3)减少孕育量;(4)改变浇注系统的结构;(5)加强生产管理;等。一年多的生产实践证明:正常生产情况下,凸轮轴变形废品率低于3%,最大径向跳动值不超过1mm。
The reason causing radial runout of chilled cast iron camshaft out of tolerance was analyzed and it was considered that the radial runout was caused by casting deformation. This kind of deformation has been eliminated by adopting following measures: a) Low stress melting process; b) Reducing contraction transmissibility of returning metal charge; c)Redueing inoculant addition; d) hnproving gating system; e)Enforeing production management, and so on. Production practice for more than one year proved that, under normal production condition, deformation rejection rate of the camshaft is less than 3%, and the maximum radial runout is less than 1 mm.
