开发了一种采用树脂砂壳型铸造的激冷球铁凸轮轴。其非激冷区的显微组织由珠光体、少部分渗碳体和细小球状石墨组成;激冷区由初生渗碳体,共晶莱氏体(转变为珠光体和渗碳体)和极少量点状石墨组成。未激冷基体硬度为280~350 HBS,凸轮的激冷硬度和深度分别达到58 HRC以上和5~10 mm,非激冷区的基体抗拉强度超过550 MPa。
A sort of chilled nodular iron camshaft was developed by adopting resin-coated sand shell mould casting process. The microstructure in its non-chilled zone consisted of the pearlite, a little amount of cementite and small graphite nodules, and the microstructure in the chilled zone consisted of primary cementite, eutectic ledeburite, which in the later stage has changed into eutectoid cementite + pearlite, as well as a very little amount of dot-shaped graphite. The hardness of the nonchilled zone was of 280-350 HBS, and the chilled depth was up to 5-10 mm with the hardness being higher than 58 HRC.
