摘要
本文采用结构化的方法对1978-2006年研究中国企业国际化的126篇论文和近30年中国国际化实践趋势进行了分析和评价。推论出目前国际化理论的研究在及时性和前瞻性等方面有值得肯定之处,但对实践的指导效果有待商榷,最后指出未来的研究应运用科学的方法,有针对性地探索中国企业国际化的特殊道路。
This paper analyses and evaluates the 126 articles and the practice directions of internationalization of Chinese enterprises from 1978 to 2006 using a structural method. The evaluation concludes that presently Chinese enterprises＇ internationalization researches are timely, and doing some efforts on forecast, but short of validity. Implications are drawn for future researches, based on a more methodological development, special context of Chinese culture and situation, and specific purpose of seeking special road for Chinese enterprises＇ internationalization.
