摘要
指出图书馆"产品标识"的重要性,认为"产品标识"是ISO质量管理体系的重要环节,并根据2000版ISO9000族标准中"产品标识"的条款和亲身参与广东海洋大学图书馆ISO9000质量认证工作的经验,构建图书馆ISO质量管理体系的"产品标识"系统,系统分为对外服务标识系统和内部业务工作标识系统。
This paper points out the importance of product label of library, regards the product label as a key link in ISO quality management standard. This paper constructs the system of product label of ISO quality management in library management according to the item of product label of 2000 version of ISO9000 standard system and the experiences of author＇s ISO9000 system certification work in the Guangdong Ocean University library. The system of the library product label is divided into the external service label system and internal office work label system.
