摘要
目的:建立速效止泻胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对处方中的拳参进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱含量。结果:TLC鉴别阴性无干扰;盐酸小檗碱含量测定的线性范围为0.2586～0.9051μg(r=0.9998,n=6),平均加样回收率为99.90%,RSD为0.4%。结论:方法操作简单,准确可靠,重现性好,可作为速效止泻胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective：The quality specification for Suxiaozhixie Capsule was established. Methods： A TLC method was used for the qualitative identification of rhizoma bistortae in the formula. The content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by an HPLC method. Results：The negative sample didn＇t interfere the identification of TLC. The linear relation was good within the range of 0. 2586-0. 9051μg（r=0. 9996, n= 6）, The average recovery was 99.90%, RSD was 0. 4%. Conclusions：The method was simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. It could be used in the quality control of Suxiaozhixie Capsule.
