油田中、小型天然气处理装置普遍存在着产品质量差,轻烃综合收率低,装置的生产工艺和设备较为落后,加工过程损耗严重,能源浪费高,吨烃生产成本居高不下的局面。针对现有天然气处理装置存在的主要问题,运用先进的化工系统工程原理,进行生产工艺优化,提高装置综合收率。
